Field Device Empire is run by an individual, not by a company. The game is currently in beta and free to play while it is being validated; it carries no advertising. Pricing and terms may change after the beta. There is currently no commercial register entry and no VAT number.

Liability for content

The content of this site was created with care, but no guarantee is given that it is accurate, complete or up to date. The game is a training simulation: products, prices, sizing results, technical answers and plant scenarios are simplified for learning and must not be used as engineering, safety or purchasing advice. Liability for damage arising from the use of this site or of its content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for links

This site links to external websites, such as scientific publishers and LinkedIn. Their operators alone are responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked when the link was set; if a link turns out to point to unlawful content, it will be removed as soon as this becomes known.

The code, texts, graphics and 3D scenes of Field Device Empire are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission. Companies, customers, rivals and characters in the game are fictional; any resemblance to real companies or persons is coincidental. Product categories, standards and protocol names mentioned in the game, and any other third-party names or trademarks, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe technical concepts.
